From my perspective

We all see the world from a different point of view, through the lens of our personal experiences and circumstances.

My perspective is continually shaped by my unique life experiences, including:

  • Having studied and lived in Australia, my country of birth
  • Being a multi-local (as a foreign national for 18 years, in the USA and Singapore)
  • Being a member of intercultural teams, at work and play
  • Complementing my qualifications in science and research with multi-disciplinary informal lifelong learning
  • Connecting with global communities through TED, TEDx, DLD, Falling Walls and Singularity University
  • Experiencing new and different geographies and communities through personal travel
  • Participating in team and individual, competitive and social sport for over 30 years
  • Being a curious generalist fascinated by the natural world and the human condition
